Thank you for your interest in a puppy/dog from the Hounds of Freckashpeng.
Our adoption process is for you to fill out our questionnaire (below), incomplete questionnaire will be discarded.
Our pet puppies/adults (must be spayed/neutered around 18 months of age) are sold on a right of refusal contract – meaning if you can't keep the dog for whatever reason it must be returned to us. All are puppies/dogs sold are current on their shots and micro chipped, wormed and socialized, parents are health tested prior to breeding, CKC (Canadian Kennel Club) registered. Shipping (if applicable) is the responsibility of the new owner. Whether you are interested in a puppy or older dog or wish to be placed on our waiting list for future puppies, you must complete our standard questionnaire and provide at least 2 references (previous breeder, veterinarian and/or character (people knowing of your interactions with animals)), you also must advise your veterinarian that we will be contacting them as they will not give out any information due to the Privacy Act.

If you mentioned currently owning a pet, we expect a vet reference, PLEASE NOTIFY your vet, they will not give out your information due to the Privacy Act, unless permission was given.

Complete and detailed information on the application is important for us to get to know you in order to help make the best placement of dog/owner.
